I was texted from this number. They apparently found my $350,000 home for sale on the internet and offered me $143,000 and immediate close. Either they are scammers and cheaters thinking someone would be senile enough to make a deal like that, or they are just stupid kids messing around.

This is probably a scam. simply because they call you on FaceTime out of the blue. Normally a Chinese girl maybe seen in this FaceTime video but the guys face is never seen only his hand may be visible. This indicates perhaps a pimp trying to get business with his workers.
