This phone number is a scam! these people call all your relatives when i called the number some guy answered and asked me for a docket number and i said i didnt have one. I gave him my name and he said there was nothing on me? he asked me to spell it and while i was in the middle of spelling it he hung up!!! total scam!!!

866-919-5820 called and said they were from Duke Energy and were shutting off my power in 30 minutes unless I made payment over the phone. However, I don't have Duke and my bills are paid. I googled their number which is not Duke. When I told the that fact they hung up the phone.

I forgot to add....I tried to call the number back and I got the 3 tones and recordong stating your call cannot be completed as dialed.
This was an American sounding female recording claiming to be the Social Security Administration and that there's a warrant for my arrest for fraudulent activity and the FBI has flagged my Social Security number. When I pressed 1 for more information I got placed on hold with a UK sounding female voice stating my "call has been queued and will be answered shortly". When the female agent with a heavy accent from India picked up, the line kept breaking apart with static. She asked why I was calling. I told her she called me and she said her department called me. I asked what the call was about and she hung up.
