This number was given on a voice message left by an unidentified caller, which included a case number. (I never answer callers with no caller ID). I called the number and talked with Janet Williams who identified herself as a litigator with a law firm but wouldn't give me the name of firm. She claimed I had a delinquent account from 2009, and that she only wanted to serve me court papers over it. It was necessary for me to sign for those papers when served at my home 2000 miles away. I asked her for account number and payment records so she put me on hold. When she couldn't come up with anything more than a creditor and a balance, I questioned her role in this as it smelled of fraud. I also told her that assuming this was a valid debt, it is already past the Statute of Limitations in my home state. I continued to make my argument until I realized the connection was lost on her end. If she called herself a litigator why didn't she have a complete document to use to do that litigation with me assuming it was even legitimate?

When I called back after the threatening message they left for me, they identified themselves as Atlanta Recovery. They indicated I had s payday loan and I worked and lived at these bogus addresses. Someone (Chase) had filed a complaint against me for depositing a check. ALL BOGUS!!!!

1877 712 9975 Is a scam call centre calling pretending to be Walmart. They called when the real walmart call centre was closed.

They claim to be apex capital consulting co and pretend to be a legal institution seeking past debt collections in order to avoid legal action. This is a SCAM beware. Don't give them any money or information.

Ironically, I received one of these cards stating that their records indicated my auto warranty is expiring and I need to contact them asap. I work at the Secretary's office, Dept. of Transportation for our state and we oversee the DMV here. I don't own a car at this time due to medical issues. We work closely with the Governor's office and the AG's office for the State as well. I left a message for these folks giving the Record ID that was on the card as verification and informing them that they should be expecting a call from the AG's office due to the scam they're initiating. I'm passing pictures of the card (front and back) to the AG's office Monday morning. I gave my name as well so they're free to google me as my info is online for verification.

Got a bogus charge on my credit card from these people I don’t know who the hell they are I had to cancel my card.

Total scam-- tried to scare me into calling back saying that their (unnamed) department was coming after me and if I didn't call back they would proceed without me.
