Received a private call with a voicemail saying that this was a Jonathan Smith a legal carrier and that he had legal documents that he wanted to deliver. Said to call this 888-202-4159 number to this legal firm if I wanted to get it straightened out. Called several times leaving the same voicemail with a urgency saying that it wouldn't look good on me if they deliver the documents and I didn't try to do something. I called the number and a guy answered first ring like I was calling a cell phone. The guy said he had a few things in his office with my name on it some people that were suing me. Just like old payday loans or something. And that we can just go ahead and take care of this through a third party so wouldn't have to go to court. But I wouldn't verify my personal information with him. So he said good luck in court. I've been received multiple calls from this Jonathan Smith from a private number trying to say that he was going to be here Tuesday at 3 to deliver the legal documents and that it wouldn't look good for me if I was served. Tuesday at 3 came and nobody ever showed up. Total scam

today a fake texan accent called PRIVATE CALLER ID left an extensive message about coming to my house to leave papers and havd and ID and a witness present. And if I want to make good on record I should call 1-888-202-4850! or this so called idiot will even go to my relatives house to do what? I took down number and called a diff man answered and spoke really fast I said Dakota Mgnt> what is it you do? He said 3rd party collectors. NOW heres the thing if you look up this Name its a property mgnt out in Colorado If you LOOK up this 888 it shows SCAM and Id say and I told this man on the 888 number that its illegal practice and im calling the proper office to file a complaint and yes maybe do bring the dam papers this idiot threatening so we can take a picture of him, his license plate and file with the copies of whatever BS he clains in COURT

This is a scam! Tried to charge my bank account. Thank God I check my account daily and was able to alert my bank so the charge could be canceled.

Their was a pop up on my IPhone and said that I was in danger of a virus. The pop up wouldn’t allow me to do anything on Safari. Their number also popped up and said to call them. I called and they acted as if they were “Apple Customer Care”. They asked me to buy a $50 ITunes card and they would send me a link for a virus removal software, type the pin in and the virus would be removed in about 5 mins. They ended the call by giving me a case reference number to call back when I had purchased a card. I quickly did an Apple search to see if IPhones could get viruses and found that they couldn’t. This number was a scam. I closed Safari, refreshed the app, went back to safari and quickly closed the open webpages (takes several tries; repeat as necessary). My phone now works completely fine.

These jerks are falsely claiming to be contacting you about a court case against you. There is no court case. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION. This is all a scam. Check with your family members, they may have contacted them too trying to get information about you (as they did with me).

Called and said they would no longer cover my computer, give them info to send the refund. Not. Don't have a contract on my computer. SCAM
