Called while I was on other line. They hung up and called back twice each time I would flash over they hung up. Betting spam or bill collector. Their is no bill collector that has the ability to arrest you.Unless you wrote a hot check then they won't call, the police will just show up with a warrent. Debtor's prison has been outlawed since 1833!
