Weird... web search shows it as "Funner Inflatables", which had one negative review for not providing services charged for. I phoned back and it said it was "customer service for the Conservative Party of Canada" (as if that's a thing; there are no customers of political parties). The comments here show everything from Service Canada scams to collections. Probably best to stay away from this cursed number...
