The agent who currently has property listed for sale informed myself subject has no interaction of purchase, or ownership of said property address. Subject has said property listed for rent at a below rental market pricing. Subject claims to be in the State of Arizona on missionary duties with his spouse through their church. Subject is seeking a tenant who would engage in a multi year lease, until he and his spouse completes missionary duties.
