On 10.2.17 at 12:17pm my phone rang displaying the phone number 504.708.1786. I answered and a man said hi, is this Gloria? I said yes then I heard a strange noise and something quickly flashed on my screen and I hung up. I tried calling back several times but the line remained busy. I dialed information at 411 to obtain the owner's name but they said they didn't have a name. . I've reported this number and the details to the FCC, BBB, my banks, credit card companies and my cell phone company.
