It left a female robot voiced message that was cut off: "And inform but cannot reach you please call me urgent on this number 657-213-0045 and collect your grants." I called the number & a guy answered. It was a telemarketing room. I told him he had called a number that was on the DNC list & he just said "Oh."

Scam call came from this number. There was a voicemail to call them back to "collect my grant".
