they have called my number several times, even after 10pm on a weekend. it is very annoying and definitely an inconvenience.

I called the number back and it was an answering machine thanking me for calling them back and that i will not be disappointed once a representative gets to talk to me. Kept repeating and after 3 minutes of waiting i hung up. Seemed like a scam to me.
