Individual called me claiming to work for Windows and that I had malware and needed a program installed through remote installation. They were unaware that I built my computer myself and if I was actually a Windows consumer they should actually know my name and Microsoft account information. I got the name Greg Watson when I asked to speak to a supervisor who's accent did not sound like it belonged to a Greg Watson. He essentially commanded me to run command prompt to install a program to give them remote control at which a certain point I hung up.
