This guy; WHAT A JOKE! We are a repair shop; This caller taking advantage of a knowledge of reputable shops and association of shops. He is beligerant & irritated he cannot just speak unannounced to the owner. Refuses to leave a message. Explained he had no phone number; I relayed info from caller ID which threw him off with that information.
