This company and the individuals they employ are unprofessional disgusting rude and honestly believe that well seasoned professionals fall for their pushy demanding and often try to be scary tactics This boarders on harassment Janelle called and Sarah called both are phone tough guys really really tough on the phone Why don't they give their company name why don't they give their address Even if they were legit, no legitimate business would do business with these sorts What is really funny is that they think they know who the owners are but they don't They assume that whomever is answering the phone for whatever business they have targeted is not the owner or the owners wife or an executive in upper level management you know the ones that way in heavy on the decisions on companies they do business with

Received multiple calls from this number, given multiple names and will only speak to the owner. I know this is a scam so I just play with them a little bit. They said they will wait for the owner to call, yall gona be waiting a loooooooong time!

I had the same experience as Lee and Elizabeth. I asked for the call back information to verify with our bank that I could speak with them. She said I was "illegally interfering with banking business". She said they are ABOVE our bank and she was so extremely rude. Please DO NOT give ANY company or personal information to "Merchant Services"

We had exactly the same story as Lee. The owner is very busy and they wouldn't give me the name of the business just "Merchant Services". They have called twice and the first lady was very rude. No information given just that there is a change to our merchant account and the owner needs to call.

Called a few times recently. I am the owner's asst. but I know who our merchant services are through. When I asked is they were calling from the company they use they would not answer the question. Here is our conversation from that point on " I cannot give you that information". "ok, so what IS the name of your company?" "I am sorry we can only give that information to the owner" "ok well if you can't tell me who you're calling with how do I know you're not a scam? The owner is very busy and needs details." "Thank you for your time" and they hung up on me.

They have called twice saying that Merchant Services is the name of the company. They say they are notifying us of changes, but they would only talk to the owners of the company because of privacy practices. We don't even us a company named Merchant Services, our Merchant Services has a specific name!!

They called twice pretending to be Merchant Services, but when asked if we currently use them, first one said info could not be given due to privacy practices, and second tried to dodge by saying they are not a retailer. Don't fall for it - that is a question that should be answered only with a clear "yes" or "no".
