I got the yellow card. Called: they wanted $3100 upfront in case if something wrong with a car. My car is brand new and under Manufacturer warranty.
Scam!

Ironically, I received one of these cards stating that their records indicated my auto warranty is expiring and I need to contact them asap. I work at the Secretary's office, Dept. of Transportation for our state and we oversee the DMV here. I don't own a car at this time due to medical issues. We work closely with the Governor's office and the AG's office for the State as well. I left a message for these folks giving the Record ID that was on the card as verification and informing them that they should be expecting a call from the AG's office due to the scam they're initiating. I'm passing pictures of the card (front and back) to the AG's office Monday morning.
I gave my name as well so they're free to google me as my info is online for verification.
