Attempted to reach someone at this number but was continually given a canned message that they are "receiving higher than normal call volume" and I could keep "my place in line" by performing some action I no longer recall since I elected to stay on the line. After several repetitions of the message, the call was terminated by them so no resolution was or could be reached. My conclusion is that they are not interested in handling problems in a business-like manner and possibly are unworthy of any trust.
Attempted later call and entered 9 when the canned message repeated the instruction for being called later when a "support specialist" was available but no response was provided in following the instruction.
