I just moved to Florida and register to DMV and got new license plate 2 months ago. Now I got this post card (by mail) tell me to call this number for "activate protection program". So WHO is that? is that scam? DMV sell customer infos to other company? Someone let me know please. Thank you

So I just registered my car in the new state, and immediately got two different post from this “company”. I don’t know who told them or sold my information to them. But if you are going to seek my information, please make sure it is a place that can be contacted and verified.

I got two posts in the mail with this phone number. They talked about my car's protection being activated. The fact that there is no return address, no indication where the posts came from, and that a reverse lookup shows nothing, this has to be a scam. IGNORE THEM.
